EAST LONGMEADOW--- Kathleen (Glinski) Rutkowski, 77, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 25, 2012 at Baystate Medical Center, with her loving husband, Czeslaw, by her side. Born in Poland on February 18, 1935, daughter of the late Bronislaw and Anna (Wilk) Glinski, she has resided in East Longmeadow for forty years. Kathleen was a communicant of Our Lady of the Rosary Church, and had worked as a seamstress for the Carter Co. for many years. Kathleen is survived by her beloved husband of fifty years, Czeslaw Rutkowski; her loving son, Edward Rutkowski of Maryland; brother Charles Glinski and his wife Jane of Chicopee; sister-in-law Josie Glinski of Longmeadow; and nieces Basia Glinski, Sonia Blomerth and her husband Brian, and Tania Glinski. She was predeceased by her brothers Michael, Joseph, Edward and Tadeusz Glinski. Funeral services for Kathleen will be held Tuesday morning from the Kozikowski Funeral Home, 565 Front St., Chicopee, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 AM in Our Lady of the Rosary Church, 334 Franklin St., Springfield. Burial will follow in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Chicopee. Calling hours are Tuesday morning from 9-10:45 AM.
